Q1: What file format should I submit?
We accept most 3D CAD formats: STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, and DXF. Make sure your file is watertight (manifold) and specifies wall-thickness.
Q2: Do you offer color matching?
Yes. We can match any RAL or Pantone color in painting and select resins—just provide the code in your RFQ.
Q3: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is one piece. You can order single prototypes or thousands of parts with the same lead times.
Q4: How do you ensure part accuracy?
Each part undergoes 100% dimensional inspection using CMM and calipers. We also perform mechanical tests upon request.
Q5: Can you handle assembly or kitting?
Absolutely. We offer secondary assembly—thread inserts, press-fits, inserts—and will ship fully kitted assemblies if required.
Q6: What are payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit with order and 50% before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, and major credit cards.
