Product Description: KEYENCE SR-X300
The KEYENCE SR-X300 is a high-performance, ultra-compact safety laser scanner designed for safeguarding personnel and equipment in automated industrial environments. This device creates an invisible protective field around hazardous machinery, such as robots, press brakes, or conveyor intersections, and will trigger a safety stop if the field is breached.
A key advantage of the SR-X300 series is its exceptionally slim and compact profile, which allows for easy integration into machinery and workcells where space is at a premium. It offers highly flexible configuration with up to three simultaneously active monitoring fields, including a protective field and warning fields. These fields can be easily shaped and customized using intuitive software to perfectly match the layout of the application, eliminating blind spots and optimizing both safety and productivity.
The scanner provides long-range detection, up to 5.5 meters, and meets rigorous international safety standards. It is built to perform reliably in demanding conditions, featuring resistance to ambient light, dust, and vibration. With its simple setup via USB and robust IP67 rating, the SR-X300 is an ideal solution for creating effective perimeter guarding and access control on automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and mobile robots, as well as in material handling, packaging, and automotive applications.
