This respirator N95 face mask making machine supports fully automatic material feeding (3-5 layers), logo printing, inside nose clip welding, blank mask welding, ear loop welding, folding, cutting, waste material discharging until a completely folding type dust mask is finished. It adopts servo material feeding and high precision positioning system which works closely with every each process, to meet with the market demands. The mould can be customized accordingly, it’s an idea machine for manufacturing of different types of folding masks, with different standard material, the masks this machine produced can reach standard of FFP1, FFP2, N95 and so on. |
