Q1: What is your MOQ? what is the best price you can offer ?
A:Our MOQis 100pcs/design/color. Trial order as 50pcs can be accepted. The price is based on your final qty and design, pls let me know your cap details as qty, color, material, logos, etc, then we can quote you the exact price.
Q2: Can I have my logo on the cap?
A: Yes, of cause.Just send us your logo, and tell us the place, then we can help to make the artwork (mock up) to you for checking.
Q3: How soon can I get a sample made?
A:For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days, white it will take a longer time for complicated design, such as digital print fabric, embossed metal logo.
Q4: If I don't satisfy sample or bulk order quality, how do you deal with it?
A: We will confirm all the production details before production. When the caps finished, we will send you photos to check,after you say ok, then we can arrange shippment. Anyway, we will solve all problems for you before shipment.
