DOWSIL 734 Flowable Adhesive Sealant - For Fine Joint Sealing & Field Repairs
DOWSIL™ 734 is a one-component, flowable silicone adhesive sealant with an acetoxy cure system. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to airborne moisture, offering self-leveling properties and ease of application. The cured material forms a tough yet flexible rubber, ideal for fine joint sealing and electronic component protection.
DOWSIL™ 734 is engineered for industrial sealing and bonding, featuring fast tack-free time (13 minutes) and deep curing (3mm depth in 24 hours). With outstanding dielectric properties (volume resistivity: 1×10¹⁵ Ω·cm) and thermal stability (-65°C to +180°C), it performs reliably in harsh conditions. Note: Acetic acid released during cure may corrode certain metals.
