The Double Sided Rubber Adhesive Tissue Tape is a high-performance adhesive product made from high-quality non-woven fabric as the carrier. The carrier is soft yet tough, making it easy to handle and providing excellent conformability to variously shaped surfaces, effectively resisting tearing and deformation. The core adhesive layer employs a hot-melt rubber-resin adhesive, which grants the tape outstanding initial tack and long-lasting bonding strength, enabling quick adhesion and reliable long-term bonding on a variety of material surfaces.
The release liner is made of PE-coated white paper. This material offers effective moisture resistance while also exhibiting excellent tensile and puncture strength. This structure ensures that the tape remains stable during die-cutting and slitting processes without deformation or breakage, allowing smooth unwinding and precise positioning even in high-speed production. The entire roll of tape has a uniform thickness of 80 microns, which is a common industry standard, balancing strong bonding performance with a low-profile, discreet appearance, making it particularly suitable for thickness-sensitive scenarios.
In terms of mechanical performance, this tape demonstrates exceptional qualities: its adhesion strength reaches 12 N/25mm, enabling strong bonding with common plastics, paper, fabrics, and even some metal materials. With a tensile strength of up to 40 N/25mm, it exhibits high cohesive strength, reducing the risk of breakage or deformation during use. The product maintains stable performance within a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, adapting to the vast majority of temperature conditions in both indoor/outdoor daily environments and industrial settings.
This double sided tissue tape is extremely versatile, catering to a wide range of needs in both daily office tasks and industrial production. It can be used not only for general bonding, bag sealing, photos sticking, envelope sealing, and shopping bag making but also for applications such as fabric and leather laminating, paper and film flying splicing, computer embroidery positioning, carpet fixing, foam laminating, and die-cutting processing.
To achieve optimal bonding results, it is recommended to apply the tape in an environment with temperatures between 10°C and 40°C. The tape should be applied to a clean, dry substrate surface with appropriate pressure to eliminate air and enhance adhesion. The product should be stored under conditions of 21°C, 50% relative humidity, and away from light, with a shelf life of up to 12 months.
