Propel-repel tubes are an excellent packaging solution for a variety of topical products. These handy dispensing containers aren't just deodorant sticks anymore. Alternate uses include lotion bars, sports balm bars, sunblock sticks, topical medications tubes, or even cosmetic blush sticks or perfume bars. The two-piece continuous thread (CT) cap easily screws on and off for storing when not in use.; cap consists of an inner plus/seal and an outer cap. Dispensing is easy, twist the base of the tube to raise or lower the product to the desired level. Bottom fill - capacity is dependent on fill product density. Kit includes ABS/SAN plastic tube and black screw cap.

To fill these deodorant containers, first, place them upside down with the cap and disc insert in place and the base screwed off. Fill with the product from the bottom up to the plunger (the internal mechanism with three oblong holes that moves the product upward). Be sure not to fill above the plunger or the tube will not function properly. Next, screw the base back on the bottom of the tube. After the product has solidified fully, flip the tube right-side-up, unscrew the cap, remove the disc, and the product is ready for use.
