General Description
FeCrAl Electrictrical Resistance Heating alloys with high electrical resistivity, temperature coefficient of resistance is small, high operating temperature. good corrosion resistance under high temperature, and particularly suitable for use in a gas containing sulfur and sulfides, low price, it is widely used in industrial electric furnace, household appliances, far infrared device ideal heating material.

FCHW-1 and FCHW-2 large-sized cold-drawn wire products can be used for high-temperature resistance furnace. Practice has
proved that: the product process is stable, integrated performance is good. Has good high temperature oxidation
resistance and longer service life; excellent winding properties at room temperature processing, ease of
processing molding; little rebound resilience and so on. Processing performance is very good; operating
temperature can reach 1400 .

Resistance electric heating wire has strong antioxidant properties, but a variety of gases in furnaces such as air, carbon, sulfur, hydrogen and nitrogen atmosphere, still have a certain impact on it.
Although these heating wires all have had antioxidant treatment, the transportation, winding, installation and other process will cause damage to a certain extent and reduce its service life.
In order to extend the service life, customers need to do pre oxidation treatment before using. The method is to heat alloy elements which have installed completely in the dry air to the temperature (lower 100-200C than its maximum using temperature), heat preservation for 5 to 10 hours, then cooling slowly with furnace.
