What is ladle preheater?

2. Preheater Unit Features
• Uniform baking temperature.
• Low heat emission.
• A high-efficiency squirrel-cage heater is used.
• A heating curve can be set freely.
• Heating temperature and time are controllable.
The preheating system is a stand-alone station with a burner, system control center, and movable heater
assembly inside of an insulated cover. The heater and cover assembly is raised and lowered above open ladles.
3. Preheater Unit Introduce
Aluminium transfer ladle preheater can use natural gas or oil or electricity as the fuel. Heating the transfer ladle
through the burner on the top of machine to achieve the transfer ladle preheating.
