Also own a precision processing shop can do cutting, drilling, punching, bending, cnc, welding. We can help clients to develop alu products from beginning to end. Product design—alloy choose—development of the mold—extrusion—surface treatment—second ops(cnc)—package design. Nowadays we can produce 6500tons aluminum products per month. Products are sold in many different markets such as solar module frames, LED frames, heat sink, vehicle, electronic communications, assemble line. Q:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering making custom products according to clients' drawings. We could accept CAD and 3D(IGS,STP,DWG)format.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides,we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q:How much is your sample fee?It is refundable?
A: Usually sample fee is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 20-30 days.
