Precision Metal Stamping Parts
Our metal stamping production comes from a variety of materials, including cold rolled steel, stainless steel, high-quality brushed steel, brass, aluminum, copper, corrosion-resistant, high-strength materials, all from metal plates and coils. We produce high-quality components for the agriculture, alternative energy, ATV and marine, automotive, defense, engine parts, heavy equipment, furniture, lawn and garden, material handling, power transmission, railway and food processing industries.
The thickness of the materials we use ranges from 0.005 inches (0.127 mm) to 0.5 inches (13 mm), and the range of mold configurations ranges from simple to complex. These factors guide us to determine which stamping machine will be used for production from the many options. We can also handle coils up to 45 inches (1143 mm) wide in the feed system.
The press capacity ranges from 32 tons to 800 tons mechanical presses and 500 tons to 2000 tons hydraulic presses. Our recent expansion of new hydraulic and straight-edge presses provides us with greater flexibility to choose the most suitable equipment to manufacture specifications that meet your application needs.
