Technical Features
1. Good and relatively mild protein denaturation effect
2. Enzyme synergy: Probiotics based on endopeptidase, pectinase, and high-yield extracellular polysaccharide EPS. Endopeptidase breaks down macromolecules and disrupts their three-dimensional structure, achieving pre-digestion and facilitating the breakdown by animal digestive enzymes. Moderately fermented soy protein and pectin are prone to water absorption (or digestive juices) swelling, reducing irritation to the intestines.
3.The low-temperature hot air drying process can effectively maintain swelling rheology and retain active substances.
