The 500T Aluminum Profile Anodizing Production Line is a large-scale automated industrial system designed for surface treatment of aluminum profiles, with an annual capacity of 500 tons. Through electrochemical anodizing, it forms a dense oxide layer on aluminum surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aesthetics, and paint adhesion. Pre-treatment

Anodizing

Sealing
