Wedge wire screen also named Wedge wire filter are produced as flat, arch bent, gutter type, cone and cylindrical segments. They are characterized by precision workmanship and gap size, extended life span, capability of self-cleaning and low pressure drop.
And wedge wire products include wedge wire nozzle, cylinder, support grid and lateral assemblies. The size of the pores on the one side is smaller than the pores on the other side, so the wedge wire can greatly filter something from the small pore side to the large pore side without clogging. Featured by high mechanical strength and filtering efficiency, it is popular for filtering and screening, and widely used in mining, coal, petroleum, fertilizer, grain and environmental protection industries.
