6641 Class F DMD Insulation Paper High Temperature Resistant Polyester Film

 

 

6641 Modified polyester film polyester fiber non-woven fabric soft composite material (F-grade DMD) is made of high-temperature-resistant polyester film and special polyester fiber non-woven fabric bonded with F-grade adhesive.

The 6641 Class F DMD Insulation Paper is suitable for general F-class motors as slot, phase insulation and gasket insulation.It is inherent dielectric strength, high toughness, high thermal conductivity, easy to insert, with a certain hardness and resilience, the surface should be uniform, no fuzz, and no defects such as bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles and blemishes.

6641 Class F DMD Insulation Paper is mainly used in the following industries

Motor industry: suitable for making slots in the stator windings of automobile generators, three-phase asynchronous motors, electric vehicle motors, etc.

Insulation, pad insulation and turn-to-turn insulation.

Electronic and electrical industry: suitable for inverters, controllers, transformers, etc. for phase isolation, gasket insulation and turn-to-turn insulation.
