Product structure:
(1) the conductor is round copper strand
(2) the insulation layer is pure mica band (no longer composed with extruded insulation material, so as to eliminate the generation of carbon particles and improve the electrical stability)
(3) aluminum alloy isolation layer of metal sleeve (no contact with the ground)
(4) isolation sleeve (cross-linked insulation)
(5) refractory layer (insoluble, incombustible, expandable flame retardant inorganic -Mg (OH) or AL (OH))
(6) outer sheath plastics (polyolefin or polyvinyl chloride)
The fire resistance standard can pass three tests of British BS6387.
XLPE insulated fire rsistant cable
XLPE insulated power cable has a number of advantages than paper insulted and PVC insulated cables. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resistance, environment stress resisting anti-chemical corrosion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

XLPE cable have higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, and under the condition of the same environment, XLPE cable may be reduced size (normal cross section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with PVC cable.
