The customized high-efficiency (ultra-high temperature) UHT sterilizer is specially designed to meet the needs of chili sauce production. The sterilization machine is equipped with a fully automatic and advanced PLC (programmable logic controller) system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the entire production line.

UHT sterilization technology: UHT sterilizer Using ultra-high temperature treatment, the chili sauce is quickly heated to 135-150°C in a short period of time, and then quickly cooled.
