The Animal Sera Filling Machine is an aseptic filling line designed for animal plasma. It is equipped with a servo motor to control the lifting of the filling head, an automatic rejection workstation and a conveyor belt controlled by servo motor. The workstation consists of a group of 5 bottles, each bottle being matched with a cylinder. Unqualified bottles can be pushed into the corresponding channel of the collection platform with the corresponding cylinder. At the top of each channel, a full bottle sensor is installed. Air pressure of the machine is adjustable from 0.6-0.8Mpa and it has a filling capacity of 500ml and 1000ml. The labeling machine is capable of mechanical synchronization of top pressure positioning mechanism, horizontal positioning mechanism and conveyor belt, three-in-one power, providing accurate and stable positioning.
