Feature:

3. Two motors used for screw feeding and hopper vibrating, separately control.
4. Products storage hopper can be separated from the screw and tube easily.
5. Flexible Reversible running screw, fast dismountable screw and discharge gate insure easy cleaning.

Working Principle:
When the spiral shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction force generated by the material and the tank wall, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor trough under the push of the blade. The main forward force of the material is the force that the spiral blade rotates axially to move the material up and forward along the tangent of the blade.
