Layout and simulation verification

 

The layout and simulation should be carried out in combination with the plant structure, the number of stations determined earlier, the side wall conveying method, and the three-dimensional size data of the assembly station, etc., to verify the feasibility of the plant structure and process planning. The following items should be paid attention to in the specific process:

 

(1) Logistics channels and distribution spaces need to be arranged on both sides of all stations that need to assemble parts;

 

(2) According to the side wall distribution method, the single side wall distribution needs to ensure that the side wall lines are arranged on both sides of the main line, otherwise the side wall delivery cannot be realized;

 

(3) The steel structure of the factory building should be avoided, and the steel structure column should be avoided in the middle of the workstation or in the middle of the logistics channel;

 

(4) All fixtures, equipment, workstations, plant structures, etc. shall be arranged according to the actual size of 1:1;

 

(5) Due to the limitation of the factory building structure, when it is necessary to turn, it is necessary to fully consider the loss of work stations, because the rotating trundle bed station cannot work;

 

(6) The width of the line body should be considered comprehensively in combination with the working space, the placement space of the station equipment, the size of the fixture and equipment;

 

(7) The welded areas of the front cabin, floor, door assembly, etc. should be as close as possible to the upper line of the assembly;

 

(8) After all the arrangements are completed, fully check whether there is any interference area, and adjust the arrangement immediately if there is any.
