The Automatic Arancini Filling and Forming Machine is used for producing arancini (Italian arancine), is designed to produce Sicilian rice balls made with cooked rice/risotto, flour, or glutinous rice, and be stuffed with fillings such as meats, cooked meats, mozzarella, fontina cheese, mixed cheeses and green peas, which may consist different levels of moisture and viscosity, but will not affect the final products’ appearance and textures. Based on individual production requirements, we also can provide a mixer, filling and forming device and packaging equipment to complete your production line.

The high speed automatic double filling encrusting machine is a higher model of the P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. The double filling encrusting and filling machine has total three feeding hoppers, each hopper is driven by double spirals. The third flat feeding hopper is installed on top of machine for making double filling food or double color filled food. The Double filling encrusting and filling machine is designed for more higher-end products and customers. It is much more multifuntional than the P160 Automatic encrusting machine, It can make all the food that the standard P160 model makes, such as cookies, filled cookies, mochi, mochi ice cream, croquette, arancini, coxinha, falafel, date bar, meat ball, fish ball, etc. It can also make double filling or double color products like double filling mochi, double filling mooncakes, strip cookies, panda cookies, stuffed energy balls, stuffed date bar, boiled food and so on. 

Same as P160 Automatic encrusting machine, P170 double filling encrusting and forming machine uses stainless steel 304 as the machine structure, and Taiwan brand as the electronics. It uses PE as the spiral and mould materials and PU as the conveyor belt. It is a fully automatic machine with PLC program and colorful screen panel.
