EYH Series 2-dimensional Mixing Machine
Application
The mixers are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food industries and especially suitable for mixing various solid materials with large volume.
Advantages
1. Cycloid pin gear reducer or worm gear reducer is adopted for the second rotation. Compared with the traditional mixer, it has no material accumulation at the bottom, no pollution, convenient flushing, and truly meets the GMP requirements.
2. When working, under the dual action of the rotating mechanism and the swinging mechanism, the charging barrel rotates and swings at the same time, so that the materials in the barrel can be fully mixed.
3. The equipment can be equipped with automatic vacuum feeder and interface to facilitate feeding and shorten operation time. High efficiency and low cost.
4. Two dimensional motion mixer: simple structure, low failure rate, stable operation, safe operation, no noise, easy to clean, in line with GMP requirements.
5. The volume is much smaller than the normal standard, the floor area is small, and the function is powerful.
Widely used for mixing powder and granular materials. It has the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing quantity and convenient discharging.
Working Principle
The mixing barrel swings while rotates so that the materials in the barrel can be fully mixed. Because the discharge port of the barrel is out of the barrel centre-line, the mixer features quick mixing and discharging, as well as high volume mixing capacity.
