Re: There is a risk of safety accidents using unqualified battery, so, adapting qualified battery cells, full function PCB/BMS and with strict QC procedure are key elements of a qualified battery, and these elements are our essential requirements in designing and producing batteries.
3. How about the warranty? How can we guarantee quality? Re: usual warranty is 12 months, for some special products’ warranty can be further negotiate accordingly. Always a pre-production sample before mass production, Always final Inspection before shipment.
4. Do you have MOQ? Re: No limited, more quantity has better price, we will check the best price for you. We welcome sample order too to test our quality before bulk order.
5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?Can you make customized battery? Re: Yes, of course. BAK Technology has professional R&D team who could provide you the most suitable solution according to your requirements or thoughts, customized battery require is welcome!
6. How about the lead time? Re: standard products: sample order 1~3 weeks according to different models, 4~8 weeks for bulk order according to different models and quantity.
7.What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
Re: As battery is belong DG product according to IATA, the shipping method and time are as below: By express: about 1~2 weeks, some destinations maybe longer delivery time; By air: about 2~3 weeks, some destinations maybe longer delivery time; By sea: 20~60 days according to different countries. By train: 30~45 days according to different countries. Ship through your own shipping agent is acceptable too.
8.How do I know whether you’ve shipped my order or not? Re：Tracking number will be offered as soon as your order was shipped, our sales will check the lead time for you once you placed the order, and will follow up the production till your order delivered.
