Product Description
The MD-ACDW Double Side Automatic Battery Pack Spot Welding Machine is a fully automatic machine for battery pack welding. Which equipped with a conveyor, can be integrated to the battery pack assembly production line.
The machine have the function of automatic loading battery pack jig, once the battery pack be sent to the welding position by conveyor, the machine will clamp the jig and start welding, after finished welding, the clamp will release, and the battery pack jig will be unloading to next device.

1. Suitable for 18650, 26650…battery pack welding, like E-bike, scooter, and electromobile battery pack welding.
2. Fully automatic machine, no need human intervention required, can finish all process automaticlly.
3. PRE HEAT, MAIN HEAT power mode, preheats before welding, to ensure a stable welding quality.
4. To maintain the continuity of energy density, welding time is short, reduce the base metal deformation and discoloration.
5. Easy to change from low current to high current, suitable for precision welding.
6. 7 inch touch screen display, graphical display the machine working status, friendly working interface, welding parameter display function to improve the convenience debugging observation.
7. Compatible with mechanical and pneumatic welding head.
8. Double pulse reduce welding spatter, effectively improve the welding quality.
9. Two different welding methods (1) general spot welding; (2) continuous welding.
10. The built-in welding counter, can do all its solder joints.
