Product Details
This product is used for electric rolling press of battery materials in the laboratory, like gold and silver precious metal materials, copper and aluminum non-ferrous materials. It is especially suitable for reducing battery electrode thickness and increase density. The roll press thickness and speed can be easily adjusted to suit various requirements.
Key Features
● It utilized double servo with precision control, can be asynchronous rotation, and up and down rotating speed can adjust arbitrarily.
● Equipped with a funnel to powder feeding easily.
● Heated roll press, upper and lower thermostats separately control the temperature and digital display.
● The rollers have built-in heating tubes for accurate temperature control and uniform heating.
● Heating or no heating can be selected for roll pressing operation.
● The surface of the rollers is hard chrome plated, the hardness can reach HRC62 and rust-proof.
● Adopting slanted block to adjust the gap of pressing electrode, with good self-locking and high adjustment precision, digital display accurate and intuitive.
● Digital display of pressing thickness and speed ensures accurate adjustment.
● Electric roll press makes uniform pressing force, and roller can be rotated in forward and reverse.
