1. Equipment Overview:
This equipment complies with IEC 60335-1-clause 22.48 and IEC61770 standards and is specifically designed for testing the anti-siphon performance of water inlet valves. A transparent tube with a diameter similar to the product's inner diameter is installed between the sample and the front end of the equipment's vacuum machine. The tube is at least 500mm long and immersed in water to a depth of at least 25mm (equipped with a lifting platform for easy adjustment). This tube is used to observe the height of the water flow sucked in during the siphon test. The vacuum state of the water supply pipeline is simulated through the equipment's vacuum system to detect whether the water inlet valve has siphoning. The equipment is driven by a vacuum pump and controlled by a PLC.

3. Functional Configuration:

(2) Transparent acrylic water tank: 1 piece, made of acrylic, rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, test water can be recycled;
(3) Software system: The machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC master control and Weiluntong 7-inch touch screen operation interface;
(4) Use a vacuum pump to generate vacuum, and the system vacuum degree should not be less than 0.085MPa ;
(5) The chassis is equipped with a surge tank to ensure test stability;
(6) A manual control box is also provided to facilitate visual inspection of the liquid level during operation.
