1.Main function and scope of application
The role of the roller is to support the weight of the conveyor belt and the material. The operation of the roller must be flexible and reliable. 2.working environment and conditions
1. The ambient temperature is - 10 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃; the relative humidity is not more than 95% (at 25 ℃).
2. The conveying materials shall be raw coal and gangue of various irregular shapes with bulk density less than 2.0t/m3.
3. There is water drenching or local operation of coal slurry water transportation.

4.More attention:
1. During the installation, pay attention to the assembly dimensions of all parts of the fuselage and keep the straightness of the whole machine.
2. Tighten bolts when installing bolt fasteners.
3. The center line of the belt at both ends shall be aligned when making the belt joint to prevent the belt from running off.
4. When installing the protection part of the electric appliance, be careful to prevent damage.
5.Maintenance and repair
5.1 under normal conditions, the conveyor is required to start without load and avoid short-time starting.
5.2 it is necessary to check whether there is oil leakage in the reducer regularly, and whether the regular oil filling volume is in conformity with the construction in time
Correct and supplement.
5.3 if there is squeal at the driving drum, it means that the belt is slipping. Check whether the belt is tensioned.
5.4 the belt joint shall be inspected frequently, and the damaged parts shall be cut and redone in time, and the damaged parts shall be protected during redoing

1,Outer packing is plywood case, which is up to the international standards.
2,Inner packing is Moisture-proof and water-proof membrane.
