Working principle

Precautions

1. Before use, fill the cycloid reducer with 30# oil to the middle of the oil window, and fill the turbo reducer with 1.2 - 1.5 liters of 50# oil, and replace the oil every three months
2. The manure board should be cleaned 2 - 3 times a day. If the manure ditch is too long, the frequency of manure removal should be increased
3. During normal operation, check the lubricating oil every week, and add lubricating oil when insufficient. Drip lubricating oil into the drive chain once a week
4. Check the tightness of the chain every month. It is advisable for the middle of the chain to sag by 3 - 5 mm. After loosening and loosening the tightening bolts for adjustment, tighten the bolts and the top wire
5. Check the manure scraping board every week, and clean up the manure on the board in time
