As the most important equipment of full-automatic soft-wafer production line, tunnel gas baking machine has extraordinarily outstanding performances with the main characters as follows:
1. Produce by advanced and skilled technology, adopt energy-saving instruments and select functional adjustment equipment form both domestic and abroad, improve efficiency and quality
2. Reliable performance, stable operation, long service life. All motor, electrical equipment ,PLC, bearing adopts international and Chinese famous brand
3. Reasonable layout, compact structure, small occupation, the body length of the baking oven is only 2/3 of the same type of product.
4. High automatic, stand-alone machine can be controlled separately, simple operation and easy maintenance
5. High demoulding rate and finished product rate of no less than 98%
6. Utilize water cycle system for cooling on refrigeration units. Special energy conservation design, low energy consumption, can reduce pollution to an extreme.
7. Fix counting gauge on main power system, monitor and control the process, reduce energy consumption.
8. Machines’ material comply with food hygiene standard,it uses 304 stainless steel
