1. Working principle:
High capacity exhaust fan is working, high-speed rotating impeller, the impeller in the air, the outside is flung to the under the action of a centrifugal impeller, the air is compressed, pressure, and packed into the volute casing of formation, in the forms through section gradually expand the volute casing, speed to reduce gradually, part of the air kinetic energy is converted to static pressure, Finally at a certain pressure by the chassis of the vent out, at the same time, because of the air inside the impeller was thrown, the impeller center area form a negative pressure, inlet air outlets below under the action of pressure difference, from the air inlet flow into, due to the continuous rotating turbine, air is overtaken by suction and pressure, to form a continuous conveyor has a certain air pressures.
2, structure:
1. Current collector: guide the impeller with uniform airflow and minimum flow resistance. At present, the current collector commonly used in catalyst plant is a circular and arc collector.
2. Impeller: The impeller is the only operating part of the centrifugal fan, which is the part that does work on the air flow. It is the rotation of the impeller that does work on the air flow to increase the air pressure through the fan.
3 .Casing: The casing of the centrifugal fan is vortex-shaped, which is composed of two side plates and a vortex-shaped plate. The cross-sectional area between the vortex and the impeller gradually increases along the rotation direction of the turbine, so as to minimize the flow loss of the air in the casing.
4. Transmission components: including shaft and bearing, some also include coupling and pulley, is the construction of fan and motor connection.
Frame: It is the supporting part of the fan, which is generally cast iron or welded with steel.
