Product Introdution
Boiler low pressure economizer, also known as low temperature economizer or flue gas waste heat utilization: including economizer tube screen, heat exchange tube bundle, inlet box, outlet box, which is characterized by the inlet box through the pipe and low pressure heat return system heater connection, outlet box through the pipe connection deaerator, low pressure economizer installed in the boiler air preheater outlet tail flue.
The low pressure economizer is installed on the tail flue of the outlet of the boiler air preheater and is composed of a tube bundle, an inlet coupler and an outlet coupler. The tube bundle adopts finned modified tube structure, and the tube base tube and the surface of the fin are modified. The condensate water in the system is heated by the low pressure return heat, and the high temperature and low temperature can be switched, and the water is introduced into the deaerator. Reduce the boiler exhaust temperature and improve the circulating heat efficiency of power plant.
Competitive Advantage
1.Fuel saving: After the high temperature fuel gas released by fuel combustion transfers to the boiler water wall tubing, superheater, and reheater, the temperature is extremely high, the economizer makes it ideal for preventing heat loss. The economizer located at the flue of the boiler reduces the flue gas temperature, and maximizes the heat recovery to lower customer fuel costs.
2.Improvement of boiler steam drum working conditions: When entering the steam drum, the temperature of the feed water is increased after it has been heated using the economizer. The thermal stress caused by the temperature difference between the steam drum wall and the feed water is reduced, thus reducing the shrink and swell of the steam drum, and extends the service life.
3.Cost reduction of coal fired boilers: Water is being heated in the boiler economizer made using low temperature material. This makes the economizer a less costly replacement for high temperature boiler water wall tubing, and reduces overall boiler manufacturing costs.

Working Process of Boiler Economizer
There are three stages from the feed water in the boiler heated into superheated steam:feed water preheating, evaporation, and superheating. The three stages are finished on three different heating surfaces. The boiler steam and water circuit are composed of the three different heating surfaces as well as their connecting pipes. Boiler economizers are one of them, and it is right the equipment to preheat the feed water. Thus, it is the heating surface with the lowest temperature for boiler working fluid in the boiler steam and water circuit. The working fluid passing through this equipment is monophasic water(non-boiling economizer).
