XT992 loader has been optimized on the power system, frame, hydraulic system, working device, and appearance, the machine performance, reliability, comfortableness and work efficiency get completely improved. The product is mainly used to handle loose materials, and it can also perform earthmoving, digging, hoisting, and traction work. It is a highly efficient and multifunctional construction machinery.
• The power system adopts Yuchai YC6108G engine, featuring superior performance, high reputation and reliability.
• The fixed axle power shift transmission with 4 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, features smooth gear shifting.
• The large diameter fan and large area radiator improve the capability of heat dispersion and the usage performance.
• The fixed front axle and rear swing axle can be adapted to various road conditions; the axle load is reasonably distributed; 4 wheel drive, and large traction force.
• The front and rear frame are optimized, the structural strength and rigidity of the frame and work device is improved, and the dump height is also increased, which meets the tough work conditions under the mines. The key articulation points adopts anti-dust closed lubrication, which prolongs the service life of the pin axle and bushings.
• Optimized bucket design, thickened cutting blade, and reinforced bucket teeth, greatly improves the strength and wear resistance of the bucket and the bucket life.
• The pressure of hydraulic system is improved to 15MPa, leading to bigger breakout force, reduced cycling time and higher work efficiency.
• The full hydraulic steering system is more comfortable and flexible; more reasonable axle load distribution, and enlarged drive wheel base; which improves the traction force and stability of the machine.
• The bucket capacity can be selected according to material density, and multiple optional tools can be applicable, like clamp, side dump, grass grasper, and slide fork, etc.
