The steel mold is sent into the forming machine head after the automatic fuel injection system is used as the mechanical transmission mode.
The concrete is preformed on the steel mold. Then, it is cut into single piece of cement tile, following by chipping, coloring, polishing and mounted on the rack.
The curing process will take 10-12 hours and then the demolding comes. After this process, the production procedure is completed.
Different extrusion head and mold can be replaced to produce different roof tiles.
The production efficiency of the roof tile making machine is very high, thanks to the quick molding speed, and the reliability performance can also be ensured due to adopting PLC automatic control and a man-machine interface. With full hydraulic and pneumatic production, the output can reach 8 pieces per minute.
By the pressure filtration type mould, the slurry concrete is pressed, and the final product is of perfect structure and precise size, with various designs, big in density and high in strength, meeting perfectly all kinds of building needs.
For its multi-usage, this roof tile making machine can produce a variety of color tiles such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tile and gutter tiles etc.
