Precise Positioning and Cutting: When the clay column reaches the pre-set length, the control system commands the cutting device to descend rapidly and vertically, severing the clay column. The cutting action is clean and results in a smooth, flat cross-section.
Brick Block Separation and Transfer: After cutting, the cutting device retracts. The cut brick block is received by a subsequent synchronous conveyor, which transports it to the next process (e.g., an automatic brick stacking machine or a manual stacking station).
Cyclical Repetition: The entire system repeats this cycle continuously, enabling non-stop automated production.
