Working Method:
The raw materials are sent to the crushing chamber by the Spiral Feeder through the hopper, the high-speed cutting machine after shearing and pruning. The raw materials are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter by the negative pressure suction method, and the discharge meets the product requirements. This is why BSP ultrafine powder grinding machine can produce ultrafine powder, can be used as a fine grinding machine.
Main Components:
1. Pulse Dust remover: collect dust into the dust remover. A plurality of dust bags are arranged in the box, and the dust bag seat is also made of stainless steel, which is convenient for disassembly. Pulse spray cleaning, dust removal is very convenient.
2. Crusher part: Left Motor for the crusher motor, right motor for electromechanical. Small spiral feeder is used to ensure uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3. Materials enter the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor, where they are cut and ground by rapidly rotating blades. The powder passes through the guide ring into the classification chamber.
4. Cyclone separator: Cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles) . The Rotary Valve is made of stainless steel with uniform powder speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.
