BSP glass herb grinder is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, blower, electric control box, etc. it has the functions of winnowing, no screen, no net, uniform particle size and continuous processing. In line with the international advanced level, it is suitable for grinding materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Working method:
The raw materials are transported to the crushing chamber by the screw feeder through the hopper, cut and sheared by the high-speed cutting machine, and then the raw materials are moved to the cyclone separator and the sack dust collector by the negative pressure suction method, and the discharged materials meet the product requirements. This is why the BSP herbs grinder commercial can make ultrafine powder and can be used as a fine powder grinder.
Main components:
1. Pulse dust collector: collect the dust in the dust collector. There are several dust bags in the box, and the dust bag bracket is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble. Cleaning with pulse spray is very convenient for collecting dust.
2. Crusher part: the left motor is the crushing motor, the right motor is Electromechanical machinery. Small screw feeders are used to ensure a uniform and controlled feed rate.
3. The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw conveyor, and cuts and grinds in the grinding chamber through the fast rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
4. Cyclone separator: cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles). The rotary valve is made of stainless steel with uniform powder velocity. Easy to clean and disassemble.
