BSP herb pulverize machine is made up of three parts:main machine,auxiliary machine and electric control box. BSP grinding machine has the properties of wind selection,having no sieve or net,and an even granularity of the processed material.

Working Method:
The raw materials are fed into the grinding cavity by a screw feeder, and after being cut and cut by a high-speed cutting machine, the raw materials are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter by the negative pressure adsorption method, and the discharge meets the product requirements.This herb processing machine is very suitable for making super-fine powder.
Main components:
(1) The left motor is a crushing motor, and the right motor is a grading motor. Small screw feeder is used to ensure uniform and controllable feeding speed.
(2) The material enters the mill chamber through the screw conveyor, and is sheared and milled by the rapidly rotating blade. The powder enters the classification chamber through the guide ring.
(3) The rotary valve makes the powder output speed even, and the rotary valve is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disassemble.
(4) Dust is collected in the dust box.
