The BSP herb cutter is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary engine and Electric Control Box. Working Method:
The raw materials are fed into the grinding cavity by the screw feeder, and after being cut by the high-speed cutting machine, they are sent to the cyclone separator and the bag filter by means of negative pressure adsorption, and the discharge meets the product requirements. This herb pulverize machine is very suitable for making superfine medicine powder.
Main components:
(1) The left motor is a crushing motor and the right motor is a graded motor. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure the uniform and controllable feeding speed.
(2) The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw conveyor and is sheared and grinded by the fast rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
(3) The rotary valve makes the powder discharging speed uniform. The rotary valve is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disassemble.
(4) The dust is collected in the dust box.
