1. product detail

 Bus shelter roof:
1. The supporting bow of the bus station is made of 3.0mm-thick carbon steel plate, phosphatized and spray molded.
2. The top frame of bus shelter is made of 1.5mm and 2.0mm carbon steel laser and sheet metal.
3. 8 mm PC solar panel is used for sun shading and rain protection at the top of bus station, and 1.0 stainless steel batten is used for fixation of PC solar panel.
Column of bus shelter:
1. 3.0mm-thick 150 mm × 150 mm galvanized pipe is used for bus station column, and spray plastic treatment is adopted for general situation.
2. Adjustable movable base plate is used for the column base of bus platform to correct the parallelism.
3. The column is connected with the light box and the top supporting bow with stainless steel bolts.
Light Box:
1. The bus platform box body adopts 1.5mm-thick galvanized plate, and the general situation is processed by spraying plastic.
2. The box is equipped with LED light source spotlight.
3. 1.0mm-thick galvanized sheet is used for the lamp bracket, and the general situation is treated by spraying plastic.
5. Each station is equipped with Delixi leakage switch and OMAX time control switch assembly.
Frame:
1. The outer frame is made of 1.5mm-thick galvanized steel plate, which is generally treated by spray molding.
2. The transparent plate is made of 6.0mm thick transparent toughened glass.
3. K-type 3 × 10 waterproof and dust-proof cushion rubber is used for the combination of transparent board and outer frame of bus platform.
4. Gradient lace is set on the transparent board.
5. The inner periphery of the outer frame is provided with a cloth drawing device.
Coordination between the box body and the outer frame of the bus shelter:
1, The box body and the outer frame are connected by hinges.
2. D-type 5 × 10 waterproof and dustproof sealant strip shall be added for the coordination of box body and outer frame.
3. When the outer frame of the bus station is opened, it is fixed by the hydraulic steam strut, and when it is blocked, it is fixed by the anti-theft trunk lock.
Bench:
1. The seats and stools are made of 1.5mm and 2.0mm galvanized sheet metal, and are treated with plastic spray.
7, Embedded parts of bus shelter Foundation:
1. The plate is made of 10.0mm thick 300 mm × 300 mm × 1 carbon steel plate.
2. The vertical steel adopts φ 18 × 600mm × 4 pieces of threaded steel.
3. The connection between the flat plate and the vertical steel adopts electric welding.
Proportion and pouring of foundation concrete of bus platform:
1. Concrete ratio: 1:3:4.
2. The concrete is poured in two times.
All bolts (except anchor bolts) of bus station are made of stainless steel.
