Product Introduction
The S-B2A automatic duplex iron cutting machine is a cutting machine designed for the cutting of can body iron sheets, which can be connected to the automatic iron sheet feeding machine S-B23B for use. The iron sheet is fed into the first feeding platform, guided by an elastic roller guide rail, and then pushed into the wheel cutter by a set of push claws for cutting. The long iron sheet is supported by a swing rod and falls into the second feeding platform. It is then guided by an elastic straight edge guide rail and two sets of push claws are pushed into the wheel cutter for cutting. The diameter of the cutter shaft is 90mm, and it adopts a new clamping type cutter and tungsten steel blade, with a multi weight pressing wheel design, ensuring smooth cutting. Simple and multiple safety designs make maintenance and replacement easy and fast.

Mechanical characteristics

1. The wheel cutter and wheel cutter shaft are made of high-grade alloy steel, ground after heat treatment, and are durable. Tungsten steel wheel cutters can also be used.
2. The wheel cutter can maintain a good cutting effect by arbitrarily changing its position on the wheel cutter shaft.
3. The rotation of the wheel cutter is stable, and the cutting operation is smooth, which can make the material size uniform.
4. Simple design, easy to replace and maintain.
5. Install an angle adjuster, with a deviation of 0.06mm (every 100mm long) between the longitudinal and transverse rightness of the sheet.
6. Change the size of the material sheet for easy adjustment.
7. Can be replaced with tungsten steel wheel blades.
8. The diameter of the cutter shaft is 90mm.
9. Use a new clamping knife frame.
10. A special thin knife frame can be used to cut material sheets with a width of 50mm.
