1. It depends on the models. Most of our GPS tracking devices need a SIM card, please check the network details from the product description before ordering.
2. Normally 4G devices can compatible with 3G and 2G networks, so a 4G SIM card is needed. 2G/3G SIM card can’t work on 4G device. NB-IoT devices need an NB-IOT network, please check with your operator to confirm if your area has been covered with a stable NB-IoT network.
3. We are also able to do customization on an e-SIM solution. Just feel free to contact us if needed.
