Standard Angles: 45°, 60°, or 90° (custom angles available).
Cutting Edge Profile:
Sharp, uncoated edges for clean cuts in aluminum, brass, or plastics.
Optional polished flutes for improved chip evacuation in gummy materials.
Diameter (D): 3mm–25mm (or larger, depending on shank).
Shank Diameter: Matches tool diameter or undersized for clearance.
Flute Count:
2 Flutes: Best for aluminum, plastics (high chip clearance).
3-4 Flutes: Smoother finish in steel or cast iron (but requires proper chip evacuation).
Cutting Length (L): Short (for rigidity) or extended (for deep slots).
