Introduction:

Our 4-flute carbide stepped ball end mill is engineered for high-precision 3D contouring, multi-level radius cutting, and complex surface machining. Made from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide, this forming cutter features a unique stepped design that enables smooth transitions between different radius levels, making it ideal for mold making, aerospace components, and precision engineering.

With TiAlN coating (optional) and optimized 4-flute geometry, it provides superior chip evacuation, reduced vibration, and extended tool life in hardened steels (up to HRC55), aluminum, and other engineering materials. Available in diameters from 2mm to 12mm, it is compatible with CNC machining centers, high-speed milling machines, and industrial routers.
