Our 4-flute coolant-through step reamer is specially engineered for precision hole machining in 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel and other tough materials. Featuring advanced AlTiN coating and internal coolant channels, this carbide reamer delivers exceptional tool life and dimensional accuracy in the most demanding machining conditions.
The unique step design allows for combined drilling and reaming operations in a single tool, significantly reducing cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances (IT6-IT7). Ideal for aerospace, medical, and oil/gas applications where 17-4PH stainless steel's combination of high strength and corrosion resistance challenges conventional cutting tools.
