High Glossy 3K Carbon Fiber Sheet Corrosion Resistance CFRP Panels

The high-end material for optically demanding applications and an outstanding carbon-roving structure.

These CFRP decorative panels are made from carbon fibres and are almost as strong as technical CFRP panels. The use of additives and a special machining process give these carbon panels their typical 3D effect. They can be used across a very wide range of designs and artistic directions.

Our CFRP decorative panels have nothing in common with the widely available carbon optic foils that have no 3D effect.

Premium quality foam-cored carbon fibre panel manufactured using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement sandwiched on either side of the low-density structural core material. These panels have a smooth, glossy, cosmetic quality carbon fibre finish on one side and a smooth, satin-finished carbon fibre finish on the reverse.

This high performance is designed to provide the maximum stiffness for the minimum weight and is ideal for a range of applications including motorsport, marine, shopfitting, exhibitions, automation, medical, scientific and more.

Features:

• Performance: flat appearance, no bubbles, and other defects, high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance, atmospheric environment corrosion resistance, high hardness, high impact strength, no creep, high modulus, low density, and low linear expansion coefficient.
• Process: multi-layer carbon fiber cloth is pre-impregnated with imported epoxy resin and then laminated at high temperatures.
• 3k, 12K carbon fiber, plain / twill, bright/matte,
• Application: UAV model, aircraft, medical CT bed board, X-ray filter grid, rail transit parts and other sporting goods, etc.

Our company produces carbon fiber board with high resistance of 200 ℃ – 1000 ℃, which can continue to maintain its physical properties in the environment with gradually rising temperature. Its flame retardant level is 94-V0, which can achieve high standard results without deformation
