Double-sheet box nailing machine is one of the box nailing machines, which is mainly aimed at the color printing factory or carton factory. When receiving the order of large-sized boxes (or customer's demand), the size of the boxes can not be met by the printing press/offset press, and separate printing is adopted to complete the operation.
 
Characteristics of double-piece nail box machine
 
This machine can order cartons with sheet forming, double-sheet forming and irregular cartons, cartons with bottom and no lid, and is suitable for ordering large cartons. The machine adopts full electric control, and the nail box is fast and labor-saving. The paper feeding part of the machine adopts automatic counting, and the finished products are sent out and bundled. When the carton specifications are switched, it takes only two or three minutes to complete the adjustment, which is convenient and quick to operate. The machine can also order nails, double nails and reinforcing nails at the same time, which has strong flexibility. The machine uses the computer to set and automatically adjust the nail spacing, and the computer screen can also display the fault prompt, which is beneficial to quickly eliminate the fault, which is unmatched by the performance of the ordinary nail box machine.
 
Analysis of Common Faults of Nail Box Machine
 
In the nail box, it can be found that when the flat wire quality is not good, the wire feeding resistance is large, the spring of the wire feeding wheel is too loose or too tight, the fixing screw of the wire feeding wheel is loosened, the guide rail is offset, the gear is skewed, the position of the bottom die and the punch is not correct, and the bottom die is obviously worn. To solve this problem, the solution is to use high-quality flat wire with good rigidity and smooth surface coating; Check whether each part of the wire feeding is blocked due to improper adjustment; It is advisable to adjust the relevant parts of the machine so that the wire feeding movement can be kept relaxed and free; Take corresponding measures to repair or replace the worn bottom die.
 
Main fault phenomena in the staple position
 
When there is a staple in the staple, it is easy to affect the normal action of the clutch. The side cover of the staple can be disassembled, and the punch can be taken out for cleaning and reloading after adding lubricating oil; In case of inaccurate head positioning, check whether F3 fuse 34-35 (AC), F9 fuse 50-51 (DC) and brake coil resistance wire (15ω) are normal. If the photoelectric sensing switch of the upper staple baffle does not act, and the axis of the lower guide rail cannot be sensed, which causes the paper to be stapled without feeding, the sensing distance of the photoelectric switch can be adjusted; If the nail head has continuous nailing action, check whether the electrical appliance is damaged.

If the photoelectric sensing of the baffle is abnormal, this fault is easy to occur. The photoelectric sensing device can be adjusted to keep the sensing distance moderate, so as to ensure that the baffle can move normally after the cardboard is fed in.

When the photoelectric induction intensity of the right baffle is too strong, the above faults are easy to occur. In this regard, the linear knob on the side of the electric eye can be adjusted. Clockwise adjustment can increase the induction intensity, while counterclockwise adjustment can weaken the induction intensity, and adjust it to normal induction, so that no abnormal situation occurs after nailing.
