Used Cassette Type Single Facer Of Positive Pressure Air Cushion

1. positive pressure air cushion type paper guide is adopted, which has high heat energy utilization rate and good corrugated forming quality;

2. Corrugating roller adopts positive pressure cassette type, which is placed under the pressure roller to lower the center of gravity of the machine. The upper and lower corrugating rollers adopt the cooperation of large and small rollers, different rotating speeds, and adopt embedded underframe, which can run smoothly at high speed and reduce vibration.

3. Opening and closing of corrugated roller, opening and closing of pressure roller, opening and closing of paste roller and locking of corrugated roller set are all controlled by hydraulic pressure.

4. Use closed thickened wallboard made of ductile iron and integrated base to increase rigidity and reduce machine vibration;

5. The corrugated roller set can be switched in and out electrically to quickly change various corrugations;

6. The pressure adjustment of corrugated roller and pressure roller is independently controlled by hydraulic pressure of positive and negative cylinders (both sides are provided), and the pressure adjustment of corrugated roller and paste roller is controlled by hydraulic pressure.

7. Corrugating roller is directly driven by motor synchronous belt, which runs stably and reliably with low noise;

8. The independent pasting machine can swing out of the main machine, which is easy to clean and maintain. The hydraulic swing arm structure makes the pasting machine position more stable and reliable; PLC automatic slurry mixing system.

9. The machine is internally provided with a tissue preheating roller and a core paper arc heating plate, and the tissue preheating roller is driven by an independent motor to rotate.

10. Equipped with air-cooled water chillers, which are used in water-cooled pulp retaining plates and hydraulic stations;

11. Stop device for broken core paper. The speed is more than 15m/min. When broken core paper is detected, the rollers are separated and the motor stops running.
