Electronic brake assistant (EBA) is specially designed for those who can't quickly press the brake pedal in a very emergency. The system uses sensors to sense the force and speed of the driver's stepping on the brake pedal, and then judges the driver's braking intention through the computer. If it is a very emergency braking, EBA will indicate that the braking system will generate higher oil pressure to make ABS work, so as to generate braking force quickly and shorten the braking distance. For normal braking, EBA will judge not to start ABS. EBA can effectively prevent common accidental "rear end collision".
The working principle of the sensor is to identify and judge whether to introduce the emergency braking program by distinguishing the situation of the driver stepping on the pedal. Therefore, the system can immediately stimulate the maximum braking pressure to achieve the highest possible braking effect, and achieve the ideal braking effect to prevent traffic accidents. When the driver quickly steps on the brake pedal in an emergency and the torque of the brake pedal is insufficient, the EBA system will maximize the braking force in a few milliseconds. Its speed is much faster than the speed of most drivers moving their feet. When the brake pedal just stepped on part of the stroke, it can effectively stop, reach the maximum braking torque ahead of time, and shorten the braking distance in case of emergency braking. In case of emergency, most drivers can quickly step on the brake pedal, but they can't achieve strong force, or they will release the brake pedal prematurely when the initial collision subsides. These two points are exactly what EBA system needs to solve. Once the EBA system detects that the speed of the driver stepping on the brake pedal increases sharply, and continues to step on the brake pedal vigorously, it will recognize the emergency braking and release the 18Mpa brake fluid pressure stored in the ABS accumulator (while under normal conditions, the conventional braking can only produce 2-8mpa brake fluid pressure for the master cylinder brake fluid), Make it enter the two working cavities of master cylinder through the accumulator in the working channel of ABS pressure relief program, and build up the maximum braking force in a few milliseconds. For example, when the speed of the car is 100km / h, the EBA system will shorten the braking distance by 45%, effectively preventing the rear end collision and the emergency braking when the car is suddenly found on the main road. When the driver releases the brake pedal, the EBA system goes into standby mode. Because the maximum braking force is applied earlier, the EBA system can brake ahead of time, significantly shorten the braking distance, and effectively prevent rear end collision in stop and go traffic conditions. Under the action of high pressure brake fluid in the accumulator, EBA system only needs a few milliseconds to complete the working process and achieve effective braking.
