The dimming film produced and sold by our company, westglass, is a new-generation electro-optical product designed for effortless use. Simply apply it to glass surfaces to enable the effect of "transparent when powered, frosted when unpowered." The technology leverages the optical properties of liquid crystals: a liquid crystal polymer mixture is sandwiched between two transparent conductive films. Without an electric field, the polymer molecules are randomly arranged, making the film opaque; when powered, an electromagnetic field aligns the molecules uniformly, achieving a transparent state.
With 8 years of production and sales experience, westglass offers customized electrode-equipped sheets (provide your window dimensions), roll materials (30m×1.52m/60m×1.52m/100m×1.52m), and laser-cut special-shaped sheets to meet diverse needs.
• Instantly switch between transparent and frosted (matte) states via voltage control. The film appears milky and opaque when unpowered, and highly transparent with ordered molecular alignment when powered.
• Supports grayscale adjustment to adapt to different lighting environments.
