Straight hole nozzle has the characteristics of a simple structure, only with the converging
section and straight section.
Straight hole nozzle is usurally used within the sandblasting machines,which have low
spray intensity and narrow closed struture.

The B4C nozzles are in very high hardness, excellent wear resistance and the boron carbide won’t react with acid-base. High/low temperature resistance, high pressure resistant, density≥2.48g/cm³,micro hardness≥3500kgf/mm², TRS≥400Mpa, melting point is 2450℃. With above performance, now many customers choose the boron carbide nozzles to replace the nozzles made from tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide, etc.
